What to expect once you have signed up:

1. Onboarding Process

You will receive an email from me detailing your onboarding process, setting you up in the app, providing forms to audit your current routines.

2. Introductory Call

We will schedule a 90 minute introductory call to set your goals,  create your personalised action plan + audit your schedule in detail 🤍

3. Follow through

After our introductions, our coaching will look like ticking the boxes + adjusting the plan to suit you. Our monthly checkin calls will help you stay on track including 1:1 messaging anytime.
